Carol,
Here a list of the trouble calls and resolutions that were pending:
A) Athena Cluster terminal m11-113-4 defective connector
Install new connector on cable
B) Debbie Fuch 11-229b-2 Excessive collisions on Dual
UTP drop.
Replaced trasceiver, mechanically secured cables to
mau and pc's, reterminated cross wire in closet.
Heavy traffic on Rep E134. Pinged machine remotely.
I informed Debbie to notifiy Net Services if trouble
returns.
C) Blg 66 Ethernet Network Jammed.
Power Cycled Repeaters EW19 and EW21.
Manage Card (IRM) in REP EW21 will be exchanged
Friday morning between 9 and 10 am.
