m til 7:30am to conduct *live audible 3rd party test of the new E25 - 6th f=

**EXTENDED: We would like to extend the E25-all fire alarm shutdown from 6 =
AM to 7:30 AM on Wednesday, August 21st, 2013 for JMBCo (Wayne Maginnis 617=
-212-2059/Rich Cucchi 617-522-6800) to complete tie-in, programming and tes=
ting the new speaker/strobes and exhaust fan HOA switches; and we will cond=
uct a *live audible 3rd party test of the new E25-6th floor fire alarm syst=
em* as part of the Prof. McGee lab cleanroom renovation project by DC Beane=
(Ryan Kucinski 617-997-9498). Both the shutdown request form and work ord=
er #5206749 have been modified to reflect this extension on behalf of Billy=
Homeyer.**
We request bldg E25-6th floor fire alarm shutdowns as follows;from 6 AM to =
2 PM on Wednesday, August 7th, 2013, Simplex (Rich Perron 781-603-7799) wil=
l program HOA switches for the new exhaust fans and from 6 AM to 7:30 AM, w=
e will conduct a *live audible 1st party test of the new E25-6th floor fire=
alarm devices*. On Thursday, August 8th, 2013 from 6 AM to 7:30 AM, JMB=
Co (Rich Cucchi 617-522-6800) will conduct a *live audible 3rd party test o=
f the E25-6th floor fire alarm system* as part of the Prof. McGee lab clean=
room renovation project by DC Beane (Ryan Kucinski 617-997-9498). Biss Tee=
lucksingh 2-5972 and Paul Murphy 4-6361 are the MIT project managers on beh=
alf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of this shutdown.
