**EXTENDED - We would like to extend the bldg 9-all fire alarm shutdown fro=
m 6 AM to 8 AM on Friday morning, August 23rd, 2013 to reprogram the elevat=
or dampers and to complete the *live audible 3rd party testing of the bldg =
9 fire alarm system* by JMBCo (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059) as part of the =
bldg 9-elevator upgrade project by Commodore Builders (Ralph D'Antonio 617-=
719-4682). Both the shutdown request form and work order #5208628 have bee=
n modified to reflect this extension on behalf of Billy Homeyer.**
We request a bldg 9-all fire alarm shutdown from 6 AM to 9 AM on Friday mor=
ning, August 16th, 2013 to conduct *live audible 3rd party testing of the b=
ldg 9 fire alarm system from 6 AM to 7:30 AM* followed by silent testing an=
d inspection until 9 AM and to be witnessed by J. & M. Brown Co. (Wayne Mag=
innis 617-212-2059) and with MacNichol Electric (Tom Durant 978-930-6001) a=
s required and related to the bldg 9 elevator upgrade project by Commodore =
Builders (Ralph D'Antonio 617-719-4682). Paul Murphy 4-6163 is the MIT proj=
ect manager.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms and elevators for the duration of this shutdown.
