Reason:
We request bldg 32-Air Handler shutdowns on AHU11 (affects floors D5-9/PM #734269) & AHU3 (affects floors G4-9/PM #734303) at 6 AM to 10 AM on Monday, August 5th, 2013 to repair, patch some ductwork and to perform a visual inspection of the interior ductwork supply & return (NOTE: take off or release motorizing dampers) as part of the 32-roof repair project by Consigli Construction (Carlin Grenier 508-458-0590), WEH for Keith Diggans 4-6174
Effect:
Loss of supply ventilation for the duration of the shutdown.
