Reason:
We request bldg 32D-EF4 & EF1 (toilet exhaust) shutdown from 6 AM to 2 PM on Thursday, August 1st, 2013 to power these fans (breakers are locked-out) to install permanent power to equipment and remove the old temporary power - (NOTE: these are exhaust fans and are continuously running and will not need to test prior to shutting them down) as part of the 32-roof repair project by Consigli Construction (Carlin Grenier 508-458-0590). Keith Diggans 4-6174 is the MIT project manager on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of general and toilet exhaust for the duration of the shutdown.
