Reason:
We request bldg E23 480V/277V/208V/120V emergency power panel ESH23B1 (includes blood lab 208V panel ESL23111) and 208V panel PS2311 (Phlebotomy lab) normal bldg power shutdowns from 12:01 AM midnight to 6 AM on Tuesday morning, June 25th, 2013 for Crocker Electric to tie-in a lab waste transfer pump in the bsmt E25-001 mech room at 480V EP ESH23B1 in E23 HV Room and to install circuit breakers and tie-in electric reheat for Urgent Care at panel PS2311 as part of an add to the Pharmacy Storefront project by Elaine Construction (Bernie Cincotta 617-590-3944). Kim Sutherland 8-5972 and Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 are the MIT project managers.
Affected equipment other than the 1st floor labs noted above are copiers/printers in E23-023 suite and a bsmt ejector pump. A bsmt fan coil unit is also noted.
Effect:
Loss of building power and emergency power for the duration of this shutdown.
