The following approved normal building power (208V/120V) shutdown for Bldg. W35 - All, on Friday, June 14, 2013, 12:01am - 5:30am, and some emergency power to be shut down from 4:30am - 5:30am as described below, is for your information. Any questions, please contact Billy Homeyer, x8-0432.

Reason:
We request a bldg W35-all normal bldg power shutdown, all 208V/120V normal power from 12:01AM to 5:30 AM on Friday morning, June 14th, 2013 for MacNichol Electric to install a 100A circuit breaker in panel DPH2 (located in 228E), run the new conduit and break into panel for the new scoreboard power feed as part of the W35 scoreboard replacement project by Barr and Barr Builders (John Bidgood 508-686-0870). *Revised - Dear all, I'd like to amend this shutdown by adding some emergency power to it for 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM. We need to install a 20A circuit breaker in emergency power panel APLEM3 for the new scoreboard maintenance lift. 3rd floor emergency power electric room panels APLEM3 and APLEM3-1 need to be shutdown via the 480V EP feed to the 480V-208V transformer.
Effect:
Effect of this shutdown is all mechanical/office/athletic equipment in W35 not on emergency power.
The following will be affected during the 1 hour Emergency Power shutdown:
Main pool lights
Security (has 6 hour battery back-up) and Secure access doors
Exhaust fan 9 ATC panel (auto temp control)
Tel/data Electric doors
Elevator shunt trip
Fire alarm (60 hour battery back-up) goes into trouble condition
loss of a/c power
