Reason:
The shutdown has been pre-cleared by bldg E23 - BB
The shutdown of only one of the fans is actually necessary. When the fan # is determined tonight 6/13, the shutdown of two fans will be cancelled. Elaine Construction to call OPS Center 3-1500 - Nicole - at around 11 PM.
We request bldg E23-AH8, AH9, AH10 shutdowns (remotely by the OPS Center) from 11PM on Thursday, Monday and Tuesday evenings June 13th, 17th and 18th at 11 PM until 6 AM on Friday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings June 14th, 18th and 19th, 2013 respectively for installing new and reconfiguring some existing, AH8, 9 or 10 ductwork associated with the Urgent Care area work added to the E23 Pharmacy Storefront project by Elaine Construction (Bernie Cincotta 617-590-3944). Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 and Kim Sutherland 8-5962 are the MIT project managers.
Effect:
Loss of air handlers 8, 9, 10 for the duration of this shutdown.
