The following Fire Alarm Shutdown is for Bldg. 13-All on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 from 6:00am til 12:00pm, then on Thursday, June 13th and Friday, June 14th from 6:00am to 8:00am to conduct *live audible 1st and 3rd party testing is for your information and approval. Reason:
We would like to modify/reschedule the bldg 13-all fire alarm shutdowns as follows:
from 6 AM to 12 noon on Wednesday, June 12th, for MacNichol Electric (Tom Durant 978-930-6001)/Simplex (Rich Perron 781-603-7799)/Schneider Electric (Nick Krolicki 413-265-3324) to tie-in and program new 5092/5104 fire alarm devices and tie-in/calibrate the Allanore Lab's Honeywell toxic gas detection system - we will silent test;
and from 6 AM to 8 AM on Thursday and Friday, June 13th and 14th to conduct *live audible 1st and 3rd party testing of the bldg 13 fire alarm system* as it relates to the 13-5th floor Prof Allanore Lab renovation project by Barr and Barr Builders (John Bidgood 508-686-0870/site office 8-0877). The 3rd party testing on Monday 6/10 will be witnessed by J. & M. Brown Co. (Wayne Maginnis 617-212-2059). Both the shutdown request form and work order # 5191315 have been modified to reflect this change on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of this shutdown.
