The following fire alarm shutdown notification and *brief live audible testing request for Bldg. 46 - 1st Floor (MIBR Wing) on Wednesday and Thursday, May 15 and 16, 2013, 6:00am - 2:00pm, with the *brief live audible testing to take place on Thursday, May 16, 2013, 6:00am - 7:00am, is for your information and response. Reason:
We request bldg 46-1st floor (MIBR wing) fire alarm shutdowns at 6 AM to 2 PM on Wednesday, May 15th and Thursday, May 16th, 2013 for JMBCo (Frank Britton 617-908-3325) to relocate speaker/strobe conduits. We will conduct a very *brief live audible test on Thursday morning, 5/16 between 6 AM - 7 AM* as part of the McGovern tesla MRI project by Wise Construction (Chris Luongo 781-389-5749). Sudy Nally 8-8010 and Biss Teelucksingh 2-2972 are the MIT project managers on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of fire alarms for the duration of the shutdown and *brief live audible testing on Thursday morning.
