We request a bldg 6-all tempered water shutdown at 6 AM to 8 AM on Monday, May 13th, 2013 for JJ Sullivan Plumbing (Dave Roche 617-593-5565) to tie-in and install (8) deck-mounted eyewash stations and (1) safety shower in room 6-006 as part of the campus-wide safety shower & eyewash upgrade project. Gerhard Sinani 4-1705 is the MIT project manager on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of tempered water for the duration of this shutdown.
