The following smoke & heat detector shutdown notification for Bldg. W51C-all on Tuesday through Friday, May 15th through 18th, and Tuesday through Friday, May 29th through June 1st, 2012 from 6am to 3pm each day is for your information. No response is required to this notification. Any quesetions please contact Bill Homeyer 8-0432.

Reason:
We request bldg W51C-bsmt smoke and heat detector shutdowns from 6 AM to 3 PM on Tuesdays thru Fridays, May 15th to 18th and May 29th to June 1st, 2012 for soldering and other construction related activity in the W51C bsmt mech room by JJ Sullivan Plumbing and as part of the W51C building renovation project. Gerhard Sinani 4-1705 is the MIT project manager.
I'm asking the Operations Center to call American Alarm each of these mornings to disregard W51C basement devices (or W51-all if that's all the system reports) between 6 AM and 7 AM and again at 3 PM to cancel the disregard request.
Effect:
Loss of smoke and heat detectors
