We request bldg E17-AH2 and E18-AH8, AH9 and AH10 shutdowns from 6 AM on Saturday morning, May 12th to 6 AM on Monday morning, May 14th, 2012 for cutting/capping and sealing supply air trunk runouts serving E17/E18 floors 2 thru 5 and E19 floor 5, (and for allowing an adequate time period for the duct sealant to cure), to make-way for the new design build-out as part of the E17/E18 backfill/Provost's Office swing space project by Barr and Barr Builders (Dick Akins 774-281-0162). Joe Collins 3-3621 and Jan Burke 8-5463 are the MIT project managers.
