Reason:
We request bldg 13-all domestic and tempered water shutdowns from 5 AM to 9 AM on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 for MIT Plumbing to install a check valve on the tempered water flush line outside of 3093J/3rd floor Men's room and for Commonwealth Plumbing (Jim Sullivan 617-590-2120) to tie-in 3 safety shower and/or eyewash station services from the 3064Z pipe chase as part of the 13-3064 NSF funded lab renovation project by Barr and Barr Builders (John Bidgood 508-686-0870). Biss Teelucksingh 2-5972 is the MIT project manager.
*note the domestic water will most likely be back on prior to 8 AM.
Effect:
Loss of domestic hot and cold water (restrooms/kitchens) and tempered water (safety showers/eyewash stations) for the duration of the shutdown (unless otherwise noted).
