The NFS server in 20c-231a needs to be kicked over.
Access to this room requires a code. (if you need it, see me)
The machine recently had a service call placed on it and it received
a new boot drive. (Does it need software now?)
Could we get to this as soon as possible as they have been down for a
few weeks now and are beginning to ask questions.
