I set prak's time from Bitsy, and started up a timed master there.
Prak was updated on 7-11-90. I guess I wasn't being very careful when
I did that update, because the ntp files are gone except for
/etc/ntp.conf. Prak is currently unsynchronized, since there's no
ntpd running.
If matlab indeed lies about arithmetic when authentication fails (is
there a license file?), we should keep that in mind in case it comes
up again.
