I found ps2dev (an RT server in E40-008) down. It was showing "22" on the
LEDs and was in an infinite cycle of trying to boot from floppy. To get it
to boot I had to power down the machine, so the contents of the kernel
message buffer were lost. /usr/adm/messages gives no clues about why it
crashed. I suspect disk problems (this machine has had disk errors in the
past; a bad disk adapter would explain the inability to boot).

Please contact either me or Steve Dyer to arrange for downtime so that
diagnostics can be run on this machine. This is an actively used server,
so it can not be shut down without notice.
