I have found water surrounding the Datac A/C unit primarily to the left & right
hand sides of the unit, on a routine inspection. Have notified P.P. at 19:50.
Dave Alexander (HVAC) on scene at 20:10. It appears that a pipe was not sitting
correctly over the pumping unit, and the water was going everywhere except
where it was suppose to go. A plumber was called in to attach an elbow to the
runoff pipe. I have called in Bldg.Services to mop up the surrounding water,
and 2 make a few checks on this location during 3rd shift hours for residual
water. All should now be o.k.
