console window doesn't appear on login

Hi.
Working OLC and a user came in to report m11-113-4's console window does
not appear on log-in. He said that everything worked fine, but that
the console window didn't appear until he typed show_console. It didn't
sound like a huge problem to me, but I thought I'd send it you to yo
u anyway. That's all the info I have. hope it helps.
