Called me a while ago, and wondered when someone would be by his
office to reload the software on his machine? (Someone came by this
morning and gave him a new disk drive, and said someone would come by
to re-install, but didn't say *when*.) He called me, I guess, since
I'm the one who originally brought his request to hotline.
