Two workstations won't load TK50

	I tried to install software on two (2) workstations in 6-218m, but
neither would accept the tape.  I got the same error on each workstation:

		?4D	DEVOFFLINE, MUA0
		?06 	HLT INST
			PC = 00000EE6

	Names and numbers:

			WF71510475

			M6-218m-2
			WF71510476
