Hi Lou,
I've checked into the problem you described about installing
on 18.58.
Did you use athena-58 or athena-58-1 as the temporary hostname? You
should be using athena-58-1 as the temporary hostname. (Essentially, the
string athena-<subnet>-1 will work for just about every subnet.) Give that
a try, and if it doesn't work let me know.
