w20-080-8 is allowing remote access by default, and I'm afraid I don't
have time right now to do more than a cursory examination; reactivate
was not hacked, inetd.conf seemed fine, and track doesn't have any
affect.
A friend of mine (wtuckeri) reported this to me.
