[1099] in Hotline Meeting

Workstation M6-218M-6 in cluster 6-218M says that it has no Hesiod info and
is unable to activate.
Also, the door to the corridor of that cluster has a sign on it that
says "This door must be kept locked - to enter use the door between floors 2
and 3 of the stairwell in building 6", but is propped open using the
doorstop. Is this common usage?
