The printer server E25-147-P's disk appears to have died -- on manual
reboot it gives a "bad partition table" error, and then it fails fsck
with unrecoverable filesystem errors. I haven't figured out the prom command
to run fsck manually, so haven't tried it.
The printserver for E25-143-P (imhotep) has also gone south, refuses
to respond to connections, and reportedly has garbage on its screen.
Both of these machines are in private clusters, but at least E25-147-P
is on a maintenance contract with athena. (I'm the ex-cluster manager
for that one, but don't know about the other.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, particularly as these are the
only two athena printers in the building. The problem apparently started
around 9pm last night.
