After today's power hit, three RVD servers were not providing service
when they should have been. '/etc/athena/rvdshow' reurned the message
rvdshow: <host>: service not yet available (display_active)
for palserv, thucydides, and pheidippides. I remotely rebooted all three,
and they're now back in service.
