These machines are back up and running; both had problems loading the AFS
kernel extension, which caused the "could not load.." error messages, though
because of different reasons.
- m11-113-2 was missing the file /usr/vice/etc/dkload/afs.ext
- mint had a disconnected network cable and a zero-length
/usr/vice/etc/CellServDB
