Accomplishments this Period:
* PPL report re-mapping has completed
* Facilities has approved the changed PPL reports
* Facilities has approved the new plan for printer replacement
* SSIT files that need to be saved from old MITSIS and DEVSIS have
been copied over to the newMITSIS server
Goals for the Coming Period:
* test PPL email reconfiguration
* test new PPL reports with Facilities personnel - run parallel 4 weeks
* SSIT - Client signoff on oldMITSIS de-commissioning
* SSIT - complete shutdown of old MITSIS and DEVSIS
Issues:
- There is no formal de-commission date for the PPL server
- PPL report re-mapping plan requires additional dedicated printers
- SSIT is re-visiting Record Retention requirements and
implementation plan with their departments before approving
the de-commissioning
