accomplishments past period:
- drafted document describing how to transfer a case from one group to another
- drafted and reviewed a glossary of terms
- began conversation with database services around monitoring 
casetracker files, watching for filling tables, etc.
- checked in with integration regarding any plans for an oracle 8 
client installer
- documented and reported a problem with the oracle 8.1.7 
installation on the test machine that causes errors when accessing 
the database via sqlnet
- completed  initial draft of casetracker rules of use

goals for coming period:
- complete draft of plan for upgrading the os (required step for 
upgrading to oracle 8.1.7) and the database in order to move the 
latest version of casetracker into production
- complete review of document about transferring cases between 
categories, and then share with the category owners, along with draft 
of initial rules of use
- follow-up with east about moving some casetracker work into their workspace
- review oracle audit file to identify and upgrade all installations 
of casetracker desktop
- take brainstormed lists from design meeting and organize and 
prioritize into tasks lists
- discuss casetracker rules of use and other policy work with 
director of support, and devise plan for moving this work forward 
beyond our small team

issues:
- need to adjust our schedule for moving latest version into 
production due to unforeseen issues

key learning:
- as long as we keep moving, we will get there
