Accomplishments in Dec
-----------------------------------------
- After a mini-discovery effort decided, along with business leaders, to 
kick-off an implementation for Pension Payroll in SAP. This will be the 1st 
Payroll in SAP. It is currently scheduled for a 12 - 15 month effort.
- Successful 2nd month of Open Enrollment. Only 1 minor bug in IVR 
front-end otherwise no application errors or performance issues. Electronic 
feeds to insurance carriers and other MIT systems completed without issues.
- Detailed planning phase for Organization & Position Management, 
Compensation, and Personnel Administration areas of SAP are complete. We 
have now started the Blueprint phase for each. Key resources from HR have 
been assigned to support the blueprinting activities.
- Completed the merging of all future business process maps into 1 
composite map. Also accomplished converting each of the individual maps to 
a common format.

Goals for Jan
-------------------------
- Roll out strategy team members named and goals of team defined and 
communicated to team leaders.
- Data collection segment of business approval analysis completed.
- Pilot the "roadshow" of the business process redesigns. Adjust presentations.
- Participate in HR IAP.
- Blueprint complete for Org & Pos Management and Compensation.
- Pension Payroll detailed planning completed. Blueprint phase resources 
assigned to project.
- Availability of a reference HR system to configurators.

Issues
- Lincoln Lab direction in regard to HR-Payroll project.
