Accomplishments Past Period:
General:
- Continued discussions about documentation changes needed for the ECAT pages.
PC Connection:
- Tested PC Connection's catalog features and navigation.
- Compiled feedback on catalog -- one navigation problem and a few minor
requests -- and sent to PC Connection.
- Sent several test EDI 850s based on test catalog reqs. to PC Connection.
All
looks good.
Dell:
- Established access to Dell's test catalog and began to test features and
navigation.
- Made good progress with XML capability for the Order Request and Order.
Grainger:
- Kept up-to-date on Grainger's schedule for rolling out their new catalog.
We
have been selected as a beta site for their rollout to SAP customers.
- Held conference calls to review several technical details.
Goals for Next Period:
General:
- Continue to outline support needs and issues.
PC Connection:
- PC Connection fixes navigation problem and change requests and moves us to
their QA environment.
- Test and validate in QA environment.
- Finalize EDI 850 (purchase order) transaction.
- Continue testing EDI 810 (invoice) transaction.
Dell:
- Complete XML work for Order Request.
- Make substantial progress on XML Order.
Grainger:
- Get time estimate from Grainger for implementation.
Issues:
- Other work competes for the same scarce resources.
