Accomplishments in Nov

- Pension Payroll exploration report complete. Reviewed contents with
business owners and agreed to push ahead after some planning for both
Pension Payroll and Employee Payroll is performed. Target dates will be
defined after the planning efforts are complete.
- Successful 1st month of Open Enrollment.
- Completed scope documents and detailed project plans for the
implementation of 3 SAP HR modules: Organization and Position Management,
Compensation and Personnel Administration.
- Not completed but considerable progress made on integrating the many
process flows generated over last 12 months. Included in this effort is to
produce a consolidated view of all the process changes being recommended
for purpose of "shopping" it around to several groups.
Goals for Dec
-------------------------
- Successful open enrollment window 2, Dec 10 - 13.
- Conduct pilot of the integrated process flow presentation.
- HR resources assigned to support the Blueprint phase of the HR go-live of
next summer.
- Payroll planning in-progress between project team and business owners.
- Roll out strategy team members named and goals of team defined and
communicated to team leaders.
- Team formed and work plan defined for team focusing on approvals of HR
actions.
Issues
- Lincoln Lab direction in regard to HR-Payroll project.
