Once again, there was an excellent response for the September month end reports, both process and project teams. This coming Friday, November 2, is the next due date. Given this is an "early" Friday a few days later is OK.
As you know, there was not a full quarterly report requested this quarter, but the metrics can be found at http://web.mit.edu/is/delivery/dir-reports.html I believe this was a good quarter. Several projects achieved key milestones, the number of project completions exceeded the number of project starts, and we are making more sense out of a tight budget situation and becoming adjusted to the new organization. Thanks.
Finally, as the newest member of the NERCOMP board, I'd like to put in a plug for submitting a proposal for the next NERCOMP conference presentations. The deadline for the March 17-19 conference in Worcester is also November 2nd. As you may be ware, Vijay Kumar was previously chair of NERCOMP and, with help from many MIT folks and others, really helped put this organization on a nice growth curve.
