Discovery & Delivery Leaders,
The next Practices and Discovery group meeting will feature an update on a
very important project that's underway in the Service process--namely,
designing the process for moving new work into the Service process. As
convenor for the PD meetings, I want to extend an invitation to any of you
who would like to join us for this discussion next Monday. The meeting
