Accomplishments Past Period:
- ASST completed installation of production hardware and OS
- Database Services completed set-up of Oracle database
- Completed other set-up steps required for ClearCommerce's arrival to do
installation and training on October 9 and 10
- Obtained most of the remaining information needed from First Data for the
leased line. Discovered that First Data incorrectly set up up for
FDMS-North rather than FDMS-Nashville.
- Worked with ASST to discuss security and service requirements and develop
roles and contacts during pilot
- Wrote java code to help develop specialized reports out of ClearCommerce.
Developed some reports for CAO.
- Drafted requirements and steps for recording revenues and transfering
funds electronically to SAP
- Met with Sandra Manassas of the Audit Division to update her on the project
- Received white paper from ClearCommerce about how their product
integrates with SAP. Their integration utilizes the SAP sales and
distribution module to create orders in SAP.
Goals for Next Period:
- Complete installation of ClearCommerce Hosting Engine on production machine.
- Complete configuration and certification of First Data leased line. Run
test transactions through leased line.
- Complete post-installation set-up to get the machine ready for pilot
- Configure merchant "stores" within ClearCommerce for CAO general
receivables and Alumni
- Work with Alumni to get ready for piloting donations site
