Accomplishments in June
-----------------------------------------
- Plans devised and communicated for conversion for Benefits module go-live of
July 20.
- Completed dry-run of conversion weekend successfully.
- Five business process redesign teams kicked off in June. 
- Signed off Statement of Work with Talx corporation, our IVR vendor for open
enrollment.
- Conducted business user training over 4 days in June.

Goals for July
-------------------------
- Go-live with benefits module for campus and Lincoln Lab personnel. 
- Determine how separate Lincoln Lab process teams can integrate with campus
teams.

Issues 
- Insuring Lincoln Lab has the proper resources available to support Benefits
rollout and the Business Process Teams.
- Outstanding work on carrier interfaces.
