This Month's Accomplishments
- Coded the remaining 1.5 enhancements. In summary, these are:
* Change the group management process to make things
easier for both users and system administrators.
* Create a text-only version of the manage events page
so that users with text browsers or screen-readers can use
this function more easily.
- Tested the remaining 1.5 enhancements. The events team, Information
Office and ATIC lab participated in the testing.
- Updated the online documentation to reflect the latest changes.
- Met with Joe Coen and Lee Corbett of the Information Office to walk
them through the new group management process - they are the people
most affected.
- Received further feedback on possible accessibility enhancements
from Kathy Cahill & Rich Caloggero of the ATIC lab.
- Met with Rocklyn Clarke to discuss the transition of the project to
the EAST team. Just starting the conversation - follow up needed.
- Began to review & updated system documentation in preparation
for an EAST transition.
Next Month's Plans
- Release the final 1.5 version of the Calendar (June 10).
- Follow up with Rocklyn to on the EAST transition.
Issues
- 1.5 enhancements will be release on schedule, Monday June 10.
