Accomplishments for the past period:
- Met with Bob Ferrara to discuss how to involve the calendar
administrators in the task of outreach and promotion of the calendar.
Formulated a plan to divide responsibilities between the IS technical
team and the administrators of the system.
- Presented the plan to our sponsor, Kathryn Willmore. Her reaction was
positive and she gave the plan her full support.
- Met with two of the calendar's administrators to discuss plans for
improving the calendar's top page and search page. This is the start
of the planning for release 1.5.
Goals for the coming period:
- Continue the planning process for release 1.5 of the calendar.
