accomplishments past period:
- reviewed new architecture diagram
- drafted and reviewed object model
- received elaboration from lorraine about ntip needs
- continued identifying workflow and business logic issues
- explored authentication solutions with Chuck Shubert
- invited Nate Johnson to share with team his vision and ideas on how to
move forward
- reviewed warehouse linking automation, and decided on best course of
action.  - followed up with guests of off-site to extend thanks and to send
them notes from the meeting.
- discussed ideas for some key functionality enhancements in the form of
case sets and additional history entry types to include templates and
checklists

goals for coming period:
- followup with ssit about their experiences using casetracker
- have more detailed conversations about available implementation resources
- move email and web enhancements from test into production
- decide whether casetracker should have a separate budget, and if so, what
that might look like.  this is to followup on casetracker business plan
effort in october.
- plan public information sharing session on current Casetracker project
status and direction

issues:
- having no resources fully dedicated to this effort makes progress slow

key learning:
- design work is difficult and often hard to understand

team dynamics:
- all is well.
