Accomplishments Past Period:
-Obtained approval to purchase ClearCommerce Engine, a software package to
process credit card payments. This software will replace CyberCash.
- Began contract review and negotiations with ClearCommerce.
- Continued to keep tabs on the Museum Shop's online order activity to
monitor how well the ShopSite and CyberCash software perform in production.
Both are doing okay. The Shop's online sales been very good.
- Larry Stone built a secure cgiemail program that will allow Document
Services to use their existing cgiemail order form to collect credit card
information securely using S/MIME. This work will be useful for other
applications as well.
