General 
----------
- Project overview and project intentions presented to Administrative Council
in November. 

Accomplishments in November 
---------------------------------------
- Approval received for 1st HR rollout in summer of 2001. The rollout is for
Health and Welfare benefits plans and related employee enrollments
migrating to
SAP HR. Included in this rollout is the SAP self-service functions of benefits
inquiry, enrollment updates and family dependent updates.
- Detailed project plan for Benefits rollout nearly completed, includes
activities associated with Data Warehouse being primary source of Benefits
reporting. Resources acquired for this delivery. Business owner kickoff
meeting
completed.

Goals for December 
-------------------------
- Evaluation of RFP bidders completed.
- Business process redesign planning completed and intial wave of teams
assigned.

Issues 
--------
- How to achieve deep involvement of  Lincoln Lab persons in Delivery
project. 
- Self-service integral to project and SAP delivers web-based self-service via
ITS. 

Additional comments

- Susan Guralnik from EECS (100%) and Suna Gulen from CAO (40%) assigned to
project in November.
