Accomplishments past period:
- Increased the size of Pilot to about 100
- Started a pilot for the verification of VIP charges in Production
- Delivered training to Pilot users
- Completed usability testing for VIP charge process
- To date 216 journal vouchers have been entered on ITS
Goals for the coming period
- Receive strategic direction from Management for ITS deployment
Issues
- The SAP 4.6C upgrade has taken some ITS resources
away from our project.
- The SNC error is still being researched by our MIT Kerberos experts
- The SAP installer for ITS 4.6D to a 4.6C is not working properly. We
are relying on SAP in Walldorf to assist us. Therefore the upgrade
could impact our deployment schedule.
Team Dynamics
Morale is OK for core group. Many people worked hard and long
to reach deadlines but the upgrade and changes to strategic direction
will impact general community rollout.
Closing
In view of our charter, I believe that ITS has completed this phase
of the mission. With sponsor approval, I request that the project
be declared a success and closed.
