accomplishments past period:
- spoke with Steve Turner who has agreed to join the team as a
designer/technical advisor regarding our next steps in re-architecting the
system
- scheduled a Casetracker 1.5 re-kick-off meeting for Thursday 8/31 to get
the project rolling again.
- continued work on understanding current workflow patterns into and
through Casetracker
goals for coming period:
- get Steve oriented to the Casetracker technologies and design so that he
can begin work on some redesign proposals
- have more detailed conversation with circle.com regarding development
resources for hire
- move email and web enhancements from test into production
- populate it partners access list with a small set of "testers"
- meet with greg anderson to discuss next steps for discovery effort(s)
issues:
- lack of time to celebrate that we now have a full Casetracker team again
and can re-engage with work on this project
key learning:
- be persistent!! and sometimes when you least expect it, resources come
your way

- all is well.
