* Held second meeting with sponsors and key stakeholders<br>

data-archiving project. Got information on their environment and

their experience to date. <br>

of FSS regarding the PCA_OBJECT <br>
=A0 (Profit Center Accounting ledger data) and FM_DOC_FI (Funds Management
data)<br>
=A0 archiving object. Initial evaluations in process<br>

* Met with Ken Le Vie and John Larkin of CAO as well as Mark Damian of
FSS <br>
=A0 regarding the Payment Media (Check information) archiving. Agreed to
archive<br>
=A0 info from FY97 & FY98 for evaluations in August<br>

* Met with Katerina Lalioti of the FSS Workflow Admin Team regarding
the<br>
=A0 WORKITEM (Workflow data) archiving object. Identified six MIT workflows
and <br>
=A0 their process owners & support personnel. Agreed to archive data
from FY97 &<br>
=A0 FY98 prior to meetings per workflow<br>

* Archived FY96-FY97 for the PCA_OBJECT archiving object<br>

* Validate impact of PCA_OBJECT archiving<br>

* Complete PCA_OBJECT archiving in the archive evaluation system.<br>

* Finish initial evaluation and start pilot for FM_DOC_FI archiving
object.<br>
<br>
* Start evaluation and archiving pilot for Payment media data.<br>
<br>
<br>
Issues:<br>
-------<br>
* Competition for resources with the SAP 4.6C upgrade + potential
timeline<br>
=A0 conflicts.<br>
<br>
* Our current plan is to run archiving in every system before it gets
upgraded<br>
=A0 to 4.6C. The scope of the pilot may have to be limited so the archiving
runtime <br>
=A0 doesn't delay the delivery of the upgraded systems to the SAP project
team<br>
