Friday, March 27th from 10AM-noon in N42-286.

     * Comments on Performance Appraisal process

2. (30 minutes) Review of Delivery Goals (attached)     


3. (45 minutes) Normal + Structured Roundtable

    up to 3 minutes on whatever you deem relevant, but also

    for each project of yours 

     * Milestones achieved or coming into focus

     * Adjustments you want to make

     * Resource Needs

at the 10/11/96 Delivery Project Leaders meeting, with extensive
borrowings from Mike Barker's notes. It was further refined at a
Delivery Leader's sessions in May and November of 1997 and rechristened
