Interesting that they said "can" guarantee. This language seems like it
would operate as a description of goods, creating an express warranty
under UCC 2-313(b), which is not disclaimable (e.g., "no warranties,
express or implied," won't touch it.) My understanding of Skipjack is that
the above is absolutely untrue - that with key escrow, they cannot state
conclusively that "the information you send arrives unaltered and goes
only to your intended recipients . . .". It sounds like a dangerous
statement to make with respect to any crypto technology, but particularly
irresponsible with respect to Clipper.
