There is a journalist on the Compuserve aviation forum who works, I believe,
for UPI (and I've forgotten his name, and I'm not sure about his employer,
so so much for facts) who fully defends articles on aviation he has written,
and has even defended the press in general when writing about aviation.
The debate (while a little more 2-way than the one I've seen) follows
the same lines. Those who are technically knowledgeable blasting the
article, and the journalist defending it to the hilt.
