Brian Lloyd's most recent question about CIX capacity, raises in my mind
again the question of whether EINet will be a part of the CIX? I would
assume so and would assume if EINet reaches any substantial size anytime
soon, THAT would justify T-3. However I haven't heard anything from the
any of the players involved to confirm that EINet will be a part of the
CIX.
