I've only been vaguely following the discussions on this mailing list,
but this one got my attention.
I thought all the "policy routing" discussions were theoretical. Is it
true that there are now some gateways that are blocking traffic based on
the perceived commercial-ness or non-commercial-ness of the IP addresses?
