The CIX Board of Directors would like to clarify its position vis a vis
ongoing discussions with ANS regarding the CIX-ANS relationship.
There are ongoing discussions between the CIX and ANS. It would
be premature to characterize these discussions as either going well or
going poorly. We intend to make public statements about these negotiations
only when there is something substantive to disclose.
